“The product was great but communication with Bagwise was non existent. The phone line on the website was out of order which is a bit worrying since I couldn't reach anyone so wasn't sure that the product would even show up. Other than that, everything went well, price was good and the bag was delivered and was exactly what I had wanted.”

“BagWise was incredibly accommodating and helpful with the shipment of my beautiful bag. They shipped me my bag in a different color than what I asked for, and aren't offering to exchange it for the bag I asked for... But it's still a nice bag.”

Dear William, As you know, we asked you to verify the barcode and label details of the bag as you were not sure the colour was wrong and wanted to check for you but got no reply from yourself. Since you emailed us saying you were happy with the colour you had received and the case was closed, we are now surprised to hear you are not 100% satisfy and left us a less positive review. In any case, we do really hope you enjoy your bag and we will continue offering an accommodating service to all our customers! BagWise Team
