“Easy to use site and placed order with very little trouble. Enquiry about bag met with quick response and helpful info. Slight hiccup with delivery around getting item to courier once in stock but didn't have to wait too long. Would recommend to others. Very pleased with item.”

“Ordered from here before and so ordered again. Although parcel was sent to wrong address, person on the phone was very helpful and did her best to resolve the issue with mailing company - made the process less stressful for me. Managed to retrieve the bag and extremely happy with it.”

“The bag is excellent and very well made. Disappointed with the web site as it stated that my preferred colour was in stock so I placed my order, only to be told a few days later that the colour was out of stock. So, good product but stock data need improving.”

“I found BagWise to be very helpful and very good prices. I ordered blue wallet, and unfortunately received the wrong colour, however they were very quick to respond and resolve the error. I would not hesitate to buy from them again as the 2 people I dealt with where very helpful and resolved the error very promptly. A good company and one I would recommend.”

“Very prompt and courteous service. It seems they are used to having trouble with people from the U.S. (or maybe other countries as well) completing their orders- trouble with the banks or something. They contacted me to make sure I didn't need assistance before my order was even placed. At first I thought this was a little strange and, but ultimately everything turned out great! The shipping was expensive, but I figured it would be, and I got my backpack super quick. Plus, I LOVE it! Seems like a great company :)”

“Hi, Thank you so much for the bag, it's ace. The ordering process was easy enough, nice and straightforward and my bag arrived within the stated time (and the tracking number/site was informative) However my box/package arrived without my name on it, so given that i'd had it delivered to my work/office this caused a few problems - the first being that the lady that deals with incoming post didn't know who it was for (obviously this got sorted) BUT she had to open the box and then ask various people. Secondly by the time my lovely new bag had arrived at my desk it was dirty/grubby - whether this was because our post lady had opened the package or whether it was poorly packed in the first place (it arrived at my desk loose in a cardboard box) i don't know? This was a shame as it left a rather disappointing taste... Many Thanks for giving me the opportunity to comment on this and I hope this feedback is useful. Lee”
