“Delivery was quick and item would have been nice had it not been for one poorly fitted zip (see picture) which means that it doesn't open smoothly. It still works (albeit not as well as I'd have liked) so isn't worth the hassle of a return however I was still disappointed. Hopefully I was just unlucky.”
“There is no customer service, the wrong order has been sent out to me. Yes errors are made but the don't return emails or phone messages.
I'm left out of pocket by having to return the order and loose two lots of postage.
Your business is only as good as your customer service. BEWARE”
