“We absolutely love our new harnesses and bows! We went for celestial and dark romance, they are both lush, got lots of space for our puppy to grow before needing the next size! Celestial has even been through the wash and is absolutely fine! Love the 3 clips as Maveirck's not much of a fan of having something go over his head at the moment! Bows are cute, easy to put onto the harness or a collar. Will definitely be ordering more in the future! 😍🥰”
“Delivery was quick and item would have been nice had it not been for one poorly fitted zip (see picture) which means that it doesn't open smoothly. It still works (albeit not as well as I'd have liked) so isn't worth the hassle of a return however I was still disappointed. Hopefully I was just unlucky.”

“Way too slow to despatch items. Website indicates around 3 days for delivery using Royal Mail. I placed an order on Tuesday and by Friday I see it still hasn't been shipped. Sorry, but as a business this kind of slow turnaround is really not great. I have now contacted them to cancel my order and request a full refund. I will shop elsewhere.”

I'm left out of pocket by having to return the order and loose two lots of postage.

“Trying to get in contact with them is impossible. I made two orders one to one address and one to another and they have sent them both to the same address so whoever is packing the orders and printing the labels is completely incompetent. Says it’s been delivered to the address I put on there no parcel to be found, went into fedex and it said my other address. Ridiculous and now no one will contact me until Monday. Useless useless useless. Will never order from them again.”
“Absolutely awful, they launch new products yet they did not have complete stock. They also neglected to mention in their description that it would be 7 to 10 working days before it would even be 2 to 3 days for delivery upon questioning this I was assured that it would be completed and sent out the next day and this is failed to happen. I’ve currently sent another email because I feel as though they are making promises and breaking them How you can launch a product and have no stock ready of that product is mind-boggling, especially where there is absolutely no personalisation involved if you are marketing a product and you show images of that product than you should have some stock that is completed and ready to dispatch so big thumbs down for this company it’s highly unlikely I would ever use them again, and I would urge anybody to look at all the reviews before making a decision on whether it’s a company they want to have dealings with .”

“Horrible. I ordered over $100 in harnesses on Feb 27th. Received no communication with tracking number. Waited over a month and still no harnesses. I emailed them 5 times and kept getting apologies and tracking numbers that did not work. Then they stopped communicating at all. I filed a case through Etsy this morning to get my money back. The hardnesses are beautiful but if they can't deliver on the product, they need to close their shop. Save yourself some time, order from Beast and Buckle. They are the exact same harnesses but different prints. They also actually send them to you!”

“Placed a somewhat large order (£100+) in mid-November. Now early December and still not received.
Got an email late Nov that the product shipped, but the tracking number shows no shipping updates on the shipping company website. The Shop app (which you HAVE to download, even if viewing on desktop) states there is no tracking number at all.
I’ve emailed the company three times in the past two weeks since the supposed shipping date, and received zero response.
Im sure the product is lovely but this company seems more worried about curating a cute social media presence and funneling all communications to apps and Insta rather than worry about customer service.”
