“Although I haven’t yet had a chance to taste them myself the three separate orders I have sent to friends have reported they were excellent. Only 4 stars because when I tried to change a delivery date on one of the orders and receiving an email to confirm the date had been changed the goods were still dispatched on the original date.”

“The brownies were purchased as a birthday gift for a friend. A lovely idea and I understand the brownies were very nice. However, when I ordered the brownies I asked they be shipped on the 22nd June (as her birthday was on the 24th), but I received an email later on the day I ordered them (14th June) to say they had been shipped. This really wasn't satisfactory as my friend was away until the 21st June and the brownies were, therefore, waiting for her when she arrived home. The brownies arrived way too early and were sitting waiting for her for while she was away, causing a delay of several days before she opened them.”

“Fantastic brownies. My dad, the recipient, said they were the best brownies he has ever tasted. However, they didn't arrive as next day delivery, despite me paying extra for that, and arrived after Father's Day. Bit disappointed by that but would order again.”

“Ordered a card with brownies for a friend of mine. Order was tracked delivery but when I received my order confirmation; there was no tracking number included. Had to chase to get tracking information which was sent the following day. Not having the tracking number meant that I couldn’t be certain if the package had arrived. Card was slightly damaged but brownies were apparently great”

Thanks for your comments. They are valuable to us. The tracking information is provided by Royal Mail and is sent out the evening the product is actually despatched not when ordered as things may change before they are sent out. Glad the brownies were great too! BMAG

“Although I have used bake me a gift previously without any problems, I was left a little disappointed with the slow post office delivery, my friend did not get her brownies on time for her birthday they were delivered 2 days after, I will need to remember that when there is a bank holiday then it’s best ask ask for a Saturday dispatch .”

“The original order I placed did not turn up. After calling customer service a week later this was swiftly rectified with an order being sent by express delivery . Great customer service”
