Shocking company. My order was forgotten about even though they had the money. I returned the items, all with labels attached and in original packaging. Initially they claimed not to have received them even tho I had them tracked and signed for, and then they claim they wont refund as they have been worn! Don't buy from these people

First order they sent a replacement without asking if I wanted it and second order they sent the wrong size. There won’t be a third order. Very poor standards.

This company is a farce. The product they sent had a manufacturing fault and fell apart. They said I would get a refund but sent a gift card instead, minus the price of shipping the original faulty product to me. They failed to respond to further enquiries. The whole setup feels like a scam. The products are incredibly poor quality and the customer service is a joke. Avoid at all costs

Ordered 5 items, was charged for 5 items but they only delivered one - Contacted customer services multiple times. They finally responded to say they’d ‘look into it’ then nothing until I send multiple more emails before they eventually refund. Asked if I wanted a voucher instead, in fairness for more than the money refund which I would have taken if it hadnt needed a minimum of three emails to get one reply. Just didn’t seem like it was going to be worth the risk, mistakes get made but ignoring emails is just poor

Said they sent the goods 48 hour tracked, 8 days later Royal Mail still faven't received the item. They don't answer emails so obviously customer service is not important to them. Gave had to take a dispute out with PayPal. AWFUL company, avoid at all costs.

I suspect this company of running a scam. Like many others who have left a review here I placed an order, the money was taken and I received an email giving me an order number. That was three weeks ago. Since then there has been no response to emails and the customer services phone number is an answer phone. I'm still seeing lots of ads on facebook though. Do not order from this company!

I have had exactly same experience as M Lewis. Product didn’t arrive. No response to emails. I did find a telephone number but got voicemail. Tried to leave a message but voicemail full! I have now raised the problem with PayPal.

I’m extremely annoyed that you’ve been able to request a review yet have been unable to respond to 3 messages I’ve submitted via your contact page on website to notify you of faulty goods. This was 2 weeks ago. The item in question were the boyfriend shorts! I couldn’t find a telephone number on your website either?!

Can’t review yet as still not received it and you’ve ignored 3 emails and not sorted it out even though I’ve lodged a PayPal dispute. Overall really really shoddy

Can’t comment on product as I’ve not received items after two weeks of placing first order. Can comment on company as they haven’t responded to my email and not offered refund after still two weeks of waiting to receive order. Not happy.

I have not received them...there was confusion over order and am waiting for refund. Not received either socks or refund! Very slow answering emails so not impressed sadly as was looking forward to the goods.

Items ordered 8th Feb, but not shipped until 14th and received in the 15th. Wrong size was received, made contact the same day asking how to return, two days later still no response. Have contacted my credit card provider to cancel payment. Poor comms, disappointing customer service.
