Order Tracking Good. As product delayed by supplier. Banggood offered Refund or Wait. I waited and product shipped 2 days later. Product arrived and works well. Hand a number products from Banggood and all worked fine. Good Service.

My order did not arrive by the deadline, I contacted the customer service, they suggested that I wait 18 days, if the product does not arrive after that, I should contact them again and they will either refund the price of the product or send the product again.
