“Excellent service. Cannot speak highly enough of Banner Jones solicitors. I wanted a Trust Will and had a bad experience with my previous solicitor who was rude, didnt listen to my concerns, didnt answer my questions and basically did his own thing which was completely inapproriate for my needs. Richard at Banner Jones listened, discussed the options (fors and against) for each different form of Trust Wills and more importantly understood what I was trying to achieve. He sensitive to the complications of providing for people with a disability and offered a lot if support throughout the process. First class - would recommend without hesutation.”

Kelly got me the outcome I wanted plus more, she was very understanding and sympathetic, unlike other solicitor's that advised me I could get the outcome I wanted Kelly got it without an issue. “The case that Banner Jones took up for me has taken a long time. Because the outcome of my divorce settlement was not what we expected, they have continued to pursue my case. We recently gained a successful resolution a year later than expected. No charge was made for the work in the last year. FOund the staff there always friendly, efficient and polite. Would highly recommend them. Thanks especially to Toby Netting and Dawn Deane”

Catherien Shelton was attentive to detail and communicated issues well which heped to relieve some of the stress invovled in selling and buying properties. “We had a very satisfying experience when we used Banner-Jones to update 2 wills and also create 2 powers of attorney. We dealt with Sarah Allen, solicitor, who was very pleasant, helpful and obviously very knowledgeable. We were also impressed by the fact that in Sarah's absence her secretary was very efficient and able to deal with our queries instantly. “Banner Jones provided an EXCELLENT service. I would recommend this firm to anyone. I was dealing with this company in the spring of 2014, as it was handling my first ever house purchase. My bank (Lloyds - name and shame!) let me down very badly on the day of the actual purchase and if it wasn't for Banner Jones's exceptional goodwill and amazing customer service the whole deal could have fallen through, leaving me hundreds of pounds out of pocket. That didn't happen, entirely due to Banner Jones, so if you're buying a house and need to take on a law firm then I would definitely suggest you hire them.”

“We had excellent attention from Andrew Fielder with whom we had a cordial working relationship. The process we went through was long and involved my having to engage with the National Highways Authority, North East Derbyshire District Council, Derbyshire County Council, National Grid and the last owner of land before it was adopted as a highway by Derbyshire County Council. Throughout this long period we felt we had solid support and sound advice from Andrew who transacted all the legal business very effectively and delivered a most satisfactory outcome. We certainly commend Banner Jones as a wholly reliable source of legal advice.”
