“Received the parcel, well packaged and presentation is great, upon trying to use my new shaver, it would not hold charge or power on. Can someone contact me regarding this on Charlie.bradfield@icloud.com.”

“Have to say not only are the products brilliant, but the customer service is excellent. I use the Sandalwood range of shaving products and they feel so good, I get a clean shave every time with no fuss. I would definitely recommend Barbarossa to anyone.”

“I have purchased 3 shavers from Barbarossa. Apart from the first one which I used for over 6 months the other two purchased this year have been bad. I received a delivery of a a shaver last 2 weeks and it is already broken. I intend to either seek a replacement or my money back. Reference pictures”

“Great clippers, delivery and service. These are by far the best clippers I’ve owned, I’m now on my 2nd set after the battery on my old set gave up after about 5 years and used everyday so they had some hammer. Highly recommended!”
