“The trimmer itself works well but after one use the silver on the handle has rubbed off to reveal black plastic. Not really acceptable for a £45 trimmer”

“Fast delivery, fair price. The Ottman razor is a well-crafted piece of kit. Reassuringly heavy which makes it slice through the stubble. For it's excellent especially when you look at the price.”

“I have emailed you on your info email address to complain about my purchase but had no response from you, I purchased a head shaver from you, I used it and went to clean it and the blades fell out from the shaver clips, this happens every time I use the product, this is not acceptable, I would like my razor to be either replaced or my money back as I’m not very happy”

“Battery shaver is good with one design flaw - it is excellent for daily shaving but does not cut 2 day growth well, leaving lie-flat hairs uncut. Battery life is very good. The plastic cover for the shaving head falls off very easily.”
