“Recently purchased a crucifix necklace, only received a necklace without the pendant, email sent. And still not responded. I will be returning item for a refund as I had to purchase from another vendor. This is meant to be a Christmas present”

“Didn’t receive the spare blades as purchased. Tried to contact but received a generic response email. Trimmer blade struggles and I reckon it’ll be blunt after a couple of trims.”
