Useless company , no reply on both emails or Facebook , and product quality is bad band broke after 2 days .

I'm DONE with Barton.

The good news:
Their products look great and the quick-swap connectors are really clever.

The bad news:
Their silicone bands keep breaking at the connection point and they have NEVER followed through with their warranty promise.

First one broke a few weeks before the year mark, but I didn't have my order number, so they never offered me a replacement or even a discount. I actually went ahead and ordered a new one because I loved it so much and within 6 months, that one broke too at the SAME spot. When I contacted support for that break, they completely ignored me. Didn't even respond to my emails

So, third time's a charm. I went ahead and ordered a third one (I know, probably shouldn't have), but tried a new color. I thought maybe the green on black was the issue (tears were always in green silicone). I got it yesterday and guess what... the connector wouldn't budge. It had extra silicone in the hole where it slides back and prevented it from opening all the way. I was never able to even attach it to my watch.

Such a waste of money. I'm absolutely done with this company. TERRIBLE customer service and a completely worthless warranty promise.
