DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE COWBOYS. Ordered over 40 days ago only to be constantly fobbed off about delivery. I checked with the manufacturer and the panels I ordered are indeed in stock yet bod tell me they are not and keep changing their story

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Placed order on 22 of May, didn't have any updates on delivery, after 15 working days asked for update and said they had supply issues, so for the next few weeks i was making constant phone calls for updates (they only ever contacted me once out of the multiple weeks this went on for despite saying they would keep me updated), in the end decided to cancel order on 28th of June (as had no faith they would ever fullfill the order/service had been so shocking no longer wanted anything to do with them, and now over the 10 working days expected to receive the refund still havnt had it, so again phoning constantly for answers and always the same 'will investigate and phone you back as soon as we can' (and they never phone you back). It appears from other reviews that from April 2022 onwards they have spiralled into one problem after another to become the worst company ever, we've had no shower for nearly two months now because of them wasting our time. DO NOT LET THEM WASTE YOURS TOO.

Somethings gone very wrong with this company. Promises of delivery came to nothing. Was told a refund would be issued within 10 working days. 10 days? A competitor refunded me within 2 days when they couldn’t supply an order. Bods have had my money now for 6 weeks and still no refund.

I ordered and paid for a shower panel on 23/4 and despite emails and phone calls with Catherine I still do not have a panel it’s now 23/6. The customer service is pathetic promises of a call back or email response are just lies. Paul Donaldson

Thank you Paul for your review. Reviews whether positive or negative are incredibly important and help us address issues. Your review, along with a few others has highlighted that our communication has been severely lacking in some situations over the last 2-3 months. We do apologise for the experience you have received. We have already taken steps to make improvements in this area including recruitment and training. Where it is our priority to ensure this is brought to a satisfactory close we do appreciate that in addressing our shortcomings it is too little too late for your experience. We are a small business and up until very recently we have served thousands of customers and generated a number of positive reviews organically which is incredibly rare considering people are 5x less likely to leave a positive review than a negative review. Going forward we do want to ensure that our future customers are receiving the service we have provided successfully over many years.

Ordered a Bathtub and panel on the 12th April (my project was delayed) so i called B.O.D to delay the delivery for a week. Its the 16th May now and i still haven't received my bathtub despite calling customer service 2-3 a day for the past couple of week. Every called ended with 'We need to call supplier (eastbrook) and get back to you' (must have heard that 15 + times thus far) suffice it to say no one gets back to me so I am having continue to call to get updates. I even ended up calling Eastbrook myself but because i didn't buy the tub directly from them they could not help me. My building has been waiting a week now to install the tub and has to move on to another job if this is not delivered tomorrow i will be stuck with out a bathtub until i can get someone in to install it. This has turned into a bit of nightmare!

Reviews such as yours and others recently have highlighted that our communication over the past 2-3 months has fallen well short of our standards in some of our customer's experiences. Where we use these reviews for opportunities to learn and improve we do feel that it is fair that all of the details are correct within the review. Originally the contact details you provided were incorrect, and the delayed delivery was requested for the week commencing the 9th May. On Thursday the 12th May the situation regarding the incorrect contact details was resolved when you queried why the delivery hadn't been made but unfortunately a delivery that week (Friday 13th) or Monday (16th May) the following week wasn't available. I understand you became frustrated after calling several times on Monday 16th May, we were trying to explain that the delivery people would call you between 3:30 - 4:30pm to arrange the delivery for Tuesday 17th. We didn't have any further information we could give you on each occasion you called us. We have and will continue to work hard to improve our communication as this has been highlighted several times as an issue over the last 2-3 months. Previously our customer service has been praised in reviews which is rare as people generally are 5x less likely to leave a positive review than a negative review, less so as we don't actively request reviews. We do ask that customers provide us with the correct contact details as deliveries need to be arranged and the correct contact information is crucial. I am glad that we were able to resolve the issue with a successful delivery taking place on Tuesday 17th May.

Never again will I use BOD I have used this company in the past with a fantastic experience, but following my latest experience I will not use them again. I ordered a bathroom suite from them and they wanted to compete with a price I had from another local company which is fine. Big mistake by me on the day ofthe agreed delivery they rang me mid morning to tell me they would deliver the following day, I said no chance as I had already removed the customers bathroom they said they would ring me back straight away, I finally rang them at 4pm after not hearing anything I was told a load of excuses. Eventually they agreed to deliver the following morning this left me 2 wages out of pocket. When they did deliver they blamed there supplier. When I unpacked the furniture they were from 2 different companies and were a different shade, once again I phoned and after several calls they agreed to Change the unit however the new unit was not the size I ordered they clearly wanted rid of old stock because the WHB had its waste etc fitted. I am totally disappointed with this company and will never use or recommend they to anyone ever again. This experience has cost me about 1 1/2 days wages for two people analysis they can say is I hope you will use us again ha ha I would rather use Wicks

Hi John, Thank you for your review, we do take all reviews seriously and look to improve based on honest feedback. Although there are failings on our part as a company, I do take some pride in our service despite you feeling wholly let down. I felt that when we arranged a replacement bath for you (after you had damaged the original), charged you cost price and delivered it to you within two hours of you informing us was something other bathroom businesses simply wouldn't have managed. This would have saved time and extra costs for you. To analyse your review we did phone you on Thursday to ask whether or not it was still the Thursday you were wanting the delivery or whether Friday was better as we were still waiting for the furniture from our supplier. You told us it was definitely the Thursday as you were ripping out the clients bathroom that day. Unfortunately our supplier did let us down and didn't deliver the items. We understand this is our problem and not yours. Store deliveries can happen anywhere up to 20:00 and we don't agree set delivery times with our customers as normal practice. When you phoned at 16:00 we understood that this was too late for you to accept delivery that day and you were unwilling to wait, it was then we rearranged delivery between 07:30 and 08:30 the following morning, we delivered around 08:15. We did source alternative furniture that fitted within your budget and one piece we did already have in stock, unfortunately, the shade of white was different in your lighting, we did swap this without any hesitation and without being argumentative it did not require several calls. We did explain that the furniture we had sourced was 50mm larger in size, which you did accept. The issue with sourcing products to such a tight budget is that the whole market simply isn't open for selection. We did hope you would use us again as our interactions did seem positive especially after we very quickly delivered the replacement bath for you. We would welcome the opportunity to supply for you again if you ever were willing to give us the chance.

Terrible terrible experience Terrible terrible experience. I don't know who the emails are handled by but clearly very very rude and patronizing. If my request (all within my statutory rights) is an inconvenience to them they will simply ignore you. When I do get a reply (after 3-4 follow up emails) - they always hit back with one worded replies. As things stand I have been misled and cannot get this sorted. I urge someone to contact me ASAP or I'll have to get in touch with Trading Standards!

Thank you for your feedback, despite this particular review being overwhelmingly negative all feedback is important to us. Although we have never dealt with you directly as our customer, we will look to improve based on your feedback. It is a shame that our service compelled you to leave this review here and on other prominent online review sites. Although on this occasion our service has fallen short of your expectations I am pleased that we have been able to rectify the situation in which this review is based. First of all I am glad your works were not unnecessarily delayed due to the change of mind as we were able to quickly get the alternative out to you so work could continue. The products that were no longer wanted we have now successfully confirmed a collection date for, a collection made direct by the manufacture who has apologised for their delay in resolving this matter. I do hope that in the future you may consider giving us another chance

Took over a week to dispatch goods and.ony then after I chased it up. Sent package to wrong address meaning I had to drive to invoice address to collect as wouldn't send replacement to correct address. Agreed to refund postage cost after many emails but s month on still waiting for it.

I ordered twice from this company and both times there was lack of service, items were not delivered on time and had to keep chasing it up with different info given every time I called promised to forward tracking details never happened and delivery did not arrive either which means one thing not sent! Would definitely not recommend unless you're happy to be messed around
