“Good communication, competitive prices and quick delivery. Would have been very good but a couple of the wetwall boards I ordered were slightly damaged.”

Hi Rob, thank you for your review. We appreciate all of the reviews we receive, positive or otherwise. Unfortunately some reviews are negative but we think that overwhelmingly they are positive so we are delighted that you have highlighted the service you received. We do quote 3-7 days for orders to arrive but where possible we will squeeze an extra delivery on the van or make a quick collection from our suppliers to get an item in stock for an even faster turnaround. If people give us a call (0113 218 9830) before placing an urgent order we will do everything we can to get it to them on time. Thank you again and hopefully next time we can get the full 5 stars.

“We have purchased panels for a shower in the past and find them much better than tiling! We are fitting a new shower and used Google to find the products and Bathrooms of Distinction were the best value! We ordered on the Monday and the products arrived by Friday! There was a minor issue with the payment, possibly us clicking the wrong box! But Andrew was on the case immediately calling me and staying in touch until everything was in order which took a day! I would definitely recommend this company and use them again if the need arises.”

“The product was fine. However I was not pleased with the courier company because the outer box had a massive dent on one side and they left the goods outside my front door when I was not in, it could have been stolen and I would not known about it. They could have left it with one of my neighbours to collect when I got home and told me via a card in the post box. So top marks for the product and a very poor for the delivery.”

“I purchased this 1675mm bath as my existing one was this size. It has only went in yesterday so cannot say too much about it yet but what what I can say maybe do something with the feet as they keep falling off when bath was being fitted. I had to glue feet on. Also the bath is around 1" sorter in length that I hoped so need to pack walls out so I can tile! Overall I'm please so far with purchase”
