“Excellent customer service, extremely helpful with our requests and delivery altered to suit our needs, with no fuss at all. Also don't seem to charge the earth for products that are far more expensive from competitors. 100% would use again and highly recommend for all your bathroom requirements.”

“Thanks to the guys at Bathrooms of Discinction! I have already recommended Bathrooms of Distinction to several people. Excellent customer service from the ideas stage all the way through to delivery, keeping me in the loop at every stage. And when I mucked up, a speedy response to help me sort it quickly so I didn't have tradesmen sitting around waiting. Oh and excellent prices too! I won't go anywhere else for bathrooms now and hope they open Kitchens of Distinction before we embark on that project!”

“Superb service from you, bath ordered Tues and delivered Thurs. Really pleased with the quality of our Carronite Urban Bath and Panel. Dealt with Liam on the phone he was brill, answered all my questions, a very polite young man who was dealing with a 66 yr old female. 5* awarded to you”

“From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with this company. Tara did her best to accommodate my requests for help pre-sales. Liam accommodated a speedy delivery for us as he was in the area and the goods were in stock. On delivery it was a bit day, Liam and Brett were so helpful, managing a smooth delivery during these difficult social distancing times. Hope you enjoyed the cool drinks and choccy biscuits. The product looks amazing, can't wait to see the transformation. Excellent company who seem to really value their customers. Highly recommended. Thanks Heather & Phil.”

“We recently used Bathrooms of Distinction to decorate our downstairs bathroom. Myself and my husband spoke directly with their adviser; Liam throughout, who couldn’t have been more helpful. Liam went above and beyond for us and we really appreciated how helpful and pleasant he was, nothing was ever too much trouble for him. We’ve never used your company before until now however, I wouldn’t hesitate using BoD again and would happily recommend to friends and family. The quality of the products were excellent with fantastic customer service - what more can you ask for? Really well done to the team at Bathrooms of Distinction - you delivered a first class service from start to finish. A special thank you to Liam - you’re positive can-do attitude and customer service was Impeccable, second to none.”

“Came to BOD when looking for items for a main bathroom, two en-suite and a cloak room just to compare prices having thought we had nailed the best prices! We received a Fantastic price for all we needed and items not stocked they obtained from a number of suppliers. The team was fantastic and supported us throughout with delivering be arranged within the week. Only regret was that we had already ordered the cabinet’s from another supplier. Would definitely recommend the service ,quality and support. Thanks and all done and fitted before lock down. Working for the NHS at this time would be good to have the opportunity to relax in one x”

“Items not opened or fitted yet, just waiting on installer but customer service given to choose correct items and associated fittings was superb. They second checked everything and suggested alternatives where they saw I'd made errors. Look forward to seeing bathroom wet panels in situ once installed.”

“Really happy very polite friendly staff dealt with few think Colette was one cant remember other names but all extremely helpful product we have used so far is the shower tray couldn’t recommend more yet to use other products as work on hold due to Covid 19 def would tell others thanks so much”
