Within days of receipt and fitting the silver release button on the loos seat became discoloured and pitted so I arranged to return it through Amazon. I had to send photos. Although the return was due to the item not being of the required standard, Bathrooms And Showers Direct deducted the return carriage cost from the refund.

I had a response on 22nd April (next working day as was Easter weekend) with an apology and told that my order had been refunded and will be in my account in 2 working days.

Hard to write a review when I had to return item and still awaiting refund

There was a delay in regard to receiving my original order; but Inwas kept informed. When the item arrived it was damaged. Customer Service proved to be speedy and efficient, promising my account would be credited with a refund by the end of the day (27/2/25). This has not been received (3/3/25); a,though the damaged item has been collected.

I ordered online & I received a message to say they didn’t have stock (1-2 weeks). I cancelled & received a full refund. Quick response to emails & quick refund at least.
