“Charger ok. I didn't realise the battery's had a different end. It's got a button but I need a flat one. Exchanged emails with a robot 3 times. Robot said someone will call. No one has yet so can't really review. Hopefully they call soon”
“It’s been over 10 days since I ordered & paid for my goods & a few phone calls to battery mate, I believe the problem lies with the delivery company Aramax perhaps mailing it would have been quicker.”
“I wasn't to happy that my product didn't come in the allocated time even after spending money for shipping purposes. I had to ring company a couple of times to even reach someone just to enquire about my product, and why it hadn't arrive when it was supposed to.
When I eventually spoke to someone about my product the spoke person said that it hadn't even been logged for shipping which is something you don't want to hear considering that you brought a product then charged shipping fees for it to not turn up in the allocated time frame.
Over all I'm happy with the product. If I was to use this website/company again I do hope that their shipping procedures change for a better result for the customer especially when the customer lives in another state.”
“I paid for priority deliver (1-4 business days) and I am on day 6 and I still haven't received it. This item was shipped in a timely fashion but as I paid for priority and still haven't received it, I'm a little disappointed”
