“I ordered my TV remotes 16 days ago and they still haven't arrived. This was supposed to have been a 2 - 7 day delivery. I have emailed only to be told they have been sent but the tracking says otherwise. I won't dealing with batterymate again. This was advertised as Australian supplier but have now found items are coming from China”

“Unfortunately the ps3 controllers we ordered do not work for our ps3. We are extremely disappointed as it didn’t state they would work on only some. We would have asked to return them. But haven’t as the cost of return postage would be another out of pocket expense”
“The remotes arrived in good time but all attempts to programme them with the given instructions did not work. Have tried to contact battery mate to organise return of the remotes for a refund but cannot get past "oops something has gone wrong message" on the website. On this basis I cannot recommend them or their products. Only wish I had read some of there reviews before purchasing, only 58% positive reviews must tell you something. It appears I have wated my money and time.”
“There was an issue with my purchase I ordered batter and charger combo and the charger doesn’t charge there is any issue with it I contacted customer support their AI support said it will have a look it’s been 20 days since I heard from them I sent them emails requesting updates on my order no answer the battery are genuine but if there is any issues with ur order good luck getting them to resolve it”
“Not Happy, ordered on 17/12/24 arrived 14/2/2025 they do not return email enquiries, a phone call that I had made and was told that the order wasn't sent because the delivery address was different to my billing address, if they had looked they would of seen that they where both the same. Even after my phone call in earl January that had cleard that up , I had sent fortnightly emails to their enquiry email address containing the order number for an up date on delivery and received nothing back, the only thing I got back was stupid sales emails wanting me to buy something eles, why should I when they can't deliver with in there 2 to 7 day as quoted. If there's going to be a delay, just notify your customers, not just go quiet.First and last time I'll ever buy something from them.”
