“1 of the 5 devices I ordered wasn't supplied, another one didn't work out of the box, all 5 of the supposedly same item were different in ways that make me think they have no consistency with their products.
They have not responded, beyond AI responses, to my queries regarding the issues.”
“Disappointed that the vacuum cleaner head that I bought for my D35 Dyson didn't fit the original Dyson pipe. The cover over the prongs is way to big to slot into the original Dyson pipe. the cover is at least 3 - 4 millimetres bigger than the original”
“I’ve yet to receive the battery, so cannot yet comment on the quality of your producer. However, not impressed with your level of service to date. Ordered the battery on Oct 20th, and just today received notification that the courier picked up the battery from your warehouse today, October 31st. It took 11 days just to get the battery out your doors? One of the reasons I originally chose your company was because your website advertised the fact you have two warehouses, one of them in Sydney, where we live. And that the convenience of these locations would ensure quick delivery. Not at all the case.”

I have sent pictures and contacted you to tell I don`t have time to wast to re-send this item by going to post office as this is $32 worth. From the pictures I sent, we can clearly see this item got transit damage and it is not in a good condition to use. So I would like to request a replacement power unit or my money back. Depending on this outcome you give I can give you a proper review. Hope you can understand this matter from customer point of view.”

“Advertised as 340watt Solar Blanket. The wiring from the blanket is very inadequate for 380 Watts. 280 Watts should give about 15 amps in good sunlight and the best I got was 5 amps, which is one third of its advertised rate. The blanket has no eyelets to attach or hold down so not suitable to leave unattended and very inconvenient. The short length of the lead from the solar blanket outlet means it has to be at the Anderson plug on the caravan so can’t be moved to an ideal position. Overall very disappointed with this purchase. I also paid an auto electrician to fit an Anderson plug to enable the connection. Overall pretty disappointed.”
