“Requested and paid for expedited transport of one small camera battery. Was advised it would take 4 working days to get to me. It took 6 - I ended up delaying my departure awaiting the battery! You can't go on a photographing holiday without a camera, after all, and no battery = no camera.”

“Transaction was easy and great communication to dispatch. Freight was slow (carrier took their time) and unfortunately packaging was damaged in transit resulting in 2 of 3 batteries being lost. Contacted Battery Mate straight away, quick response asking for more info which was supplied straight away. I've had to chase them since. Apparently the batteries are being replaced but not with the same urgency the original order was shipped. I keep following up but getting a response or info is difficult. Has turned 5 stars into 2 and may get worse yet.”
“I ordered a v6 Dyson battery and received a v7 battery ,after speaking to battery mate they said they would sent the correct battery with in 2days ,that didn't happen.i I returned the v7battery with in 2 days after receiving it,After more phone calls ,trying to work out what happened they told me I ordered the wrong battery but the invoice they sent clearly said v6 ,after 3weeks I found out the battery was out of stock ,some one did tell the truth and once in stock I got delivery with in 2days.This process took 3weeks”
“Good day, I have not had time to write a review as I have been very busy.
I was not very happy with my purchase as all the batteries in the remotes were flat. I had to buy new bateries for all of them.
I can currently only use 3, after I bought the batteries as the other one does not work at all.
I know that the remotes were not expensive but I expected the batteries in them to work.”
“I give BatteyMate 2 Stars - because of ttheir annoying website - it consistently freezes when trying too complete and order. You then fiind that you have ordered 5 tools rather than 1 - and then you are harrassed until you remove the excess purchases.
No staff member looks at your emails or responses - as the whole thing is automated. Finally, I got a staff member to respond to an "Unsubscribe" email! Then I started receiving harrassing texts on my phone.
The prodcts are OK - but the harrassement from the automated website is continuous!
And none of the texts and emails harrassing you are monitored!”
“The remote I received for my Panasonic TV wasn't compatible I can turn off and on change channels and control volume but nothing else works, think nore compatible to a recording or something else.”
