“I received the incorrect battery. There is no process for returning the incorrect item. Just a return process that implies the customer is not satisfied with the product. I have added a photo of what I received. The photo below is what I want and have not received. It is also the photo in the invoice. The help darks as been less than helpful. You even have my name wrong.”
“I paid for express delivery claiming 1 - 2 days. Post order received notification 2 weeks delivery. Only reason I chose battery mate was due to express delivery option. I could have gone to other suppliers that were selling it for less with standard delivery.
I got refunded for express del difference after couple of followups but delivery time was important for me so a bit disappointed.

Both these are wired incorrectly. The positive (red) connects to the negative of a solar panel thus resulting in a negative voltage when I tested the Aderson plug.”
