“battery mate haven`t replied to my letter that I wrote to them about the buttons on the 4 remotes I bought. @ top buttons work but not the 2 bottom ones on all 4 remotes.”
“I ordered over 10 days ago and still sign of the battery and nothing on the courier tracking site except it was dispatched on 6th December. The courier they used for this delivery (Aramex) is absolutley hopless. I had a similar issues with the last company that used this courier. I'll only use Battery Mate again it they can promise they will never use this courier for my deliveries.”
“Ordered (TWO) 2PCS LED Slim Ceiling Batten Light Daylight 120CM 1.2M 6500K 4F Coolwhite, They only sent one. Then they sent the replacement light, this one did not work. Demanded a refund which was sent throught Time Tech... I have no idea who they are. A week later they ask if I wanted a replacement light but I already purchased one thought another dealer. NOT good!”

“I would rate the customer service if I had got some. Repeated contacts ignored or replies for standard automated responses. No way to manage or amend an order online. Told cannot do anything order confirmed. Took the money in a hurry but no goods have arrived and order has disappeared. Do not bother ringing because it is outside business hours or just rings out”
“The products in stock I purchased took 8 days before even getting despatch. After emailing and getting a response saying due to technical issue with delivery, it was then despatch with Aramax. Then Aramax couriers took another 5 days for a local Sydney delivery. In total of 13 days to receive the goods that were in stock for a local metro Sydney sale.”
