“Not Happy, ordered on 17/12/24 arrived 14/2/2025 they do not return email enquiries, a phone call that I had made and was told that the order wasn't sent because the delivery address was different to my billing address, if they had looked they would of seen that they where both the same. Even after my phone call in earl January that had cleard that up , I had sent fortnightly emails to their enquiry email address containing the order number for an up date on delivery and received nothing back, the only thing I got back was stupid sales emails wanting me to buy something eles, why should I when they can't deliver with in there 2 to 7 day as quoted. If there's going to be a delay, just notify your customers, not just go quiet.First and last time I'll ever buy something from them.”
“Items were sent in satchel all squashed. Contacted and sent photos I asked 2 things please don't send aramex again and don't put in satchel as easily squashed. They sent replacement items through auspost that's good but resent in satchel AGAIN and some items were squashed and some were missing the ends and some ends were just in satchel so I will glue the ones I have in place . I will never purchase again from this business. Items that can be easily squashed should never be posted in satchels!!!!”

I ordered 2x 90mm LED Downlight CCT Dimmable Recessed Ceiling Light 3000K/4000K/5000K Adjustable 90mm Cutout Round Spotlights. I needed the one with the plug but I have received the one which I will need a electrician and also I need the white one and this one is silver. When i bought it i saw on the descrition it says its white. I have been trying to call and email since the day I have received the order 04/02/25 but since then the issue hasn't been solved. I have tried explaining it to a couple of people on the email and they all sent me a link to click but it doesn't open at all and gives me an error message. It's really frustrating because the calls are never answered or I can't hear a single thing and no one has reached back to me. No one has still got back to me.Please let me know how this can be solved.

“Difficult to write a review at this stage as the parcel has not been received; despite the delivery company’s app saying it has. My thoughts at this point are that the service is very poor. Given the item was ordered on the 01/02/25, no updates on delivery were provided until late on 09/02/25 and on 10/02/25 I was advised the item was delivered, yet its not here.”
“Placing an order I paid with paypal, I'm not sure how but paypal changed my delivery address to an old address and mistakenly the order went through.
It took me 10 minutes to work out how to contact you to change the address, of course I was unable to as the order was already placed and my attempt at rectification was 15 minuits after the order was placed.
I was informed that your system will not allow a change.
I understand I made a mistake on the order, I will not make that mistake again as I will never see the batteries I paid for. It was a minimal amount but the frustration and inconvenience is anoying.
I suggest you make it easier to rectify a mistake.”
“I’m giving a poor rating even before I’ve received my product because you really need to drop “SENDLE” as a courier. It took 4-5 days just for them to pick item up. It’s been 2 weeks and still haven’t received it. If I knew it would take this long I would’ve used your service.”

“Well since you’re hassling me to write a review, here it is: Rubbish company, don’t bother. My remote didn’t come after two weeks. I had to chase them up with two phone calls. One time I could barely hear them due to static and poor audio quality on their end. In the end I just got a refund and bought it from somewhere else. At least they can put through a refund correctly.”
