Thankfully it was only a cheap remote replacement rather than a more pricey purchase. Be warned, AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!! Spend your hard earned elsewhere.”
“I have been trying to return my order because the remote controls are incorrect if it is my fault I understand but I have retried to order the correct ones but just run into problems with the process of returning the wrong ones surely it could be easier for us older ones using all this new technology. “It is timely that this review arrived today as it may save me a phonecall. My purchase was placed 19-01-25 and was packed for shipment and confirmed 20-01-25. The shipping paid was for 1 to 4 days delivery. The confirmation email contained a link to Aramex for tracking, and as yet there is no information shown on that link confirming any transportation progress and more importantly no parcel has arrived at my address.

“Ordered a remote control only to chase up where it is 7 days later only to be told there was a delay. I emailed back straight away asking for a refund as I purchased another through another reliable company as I had a client waiting on it. After asking for a refund, 2 days later I get a second email stating it’s been dispatched. After receiving this email I then get another email from there customer service stating that once it’s been dispatched they can’t refund it and I’ll have to return it (at my cost) once I receive it.

“Bought replacement remote for Samsung tv. Looks same and works but has trouble being aimed at certain areas to work. You have to ask m and press about 6 different places before it works. Always a different deferent spot as well. Nothing in front of infrared receiver just doesn’t pick up.”
