“One of the items purchased was damaged in shipping. I had received an email stating it had been delivered and if I had questions I could reply to that email. What a novel idea! My email was answered within a couple hours with an apology and promise to send a replacement. Best customer service I've seen in a while.”

I looked up the weather for Kingman, and it was fine for the last 2 days.In fact Fed ex did deliver on Friday , but no battery. So not sure what BS they are pulling”
“Ordering is easy although paypal would be nice. I bought the 22ah from here because it is a 22ah that has the same height as the 18ah batteries that I have been using meaning it will fit as an upgrade in my jump starter pack. this means that it has a greater density than the taller 22ah batteries on the market. It also works in a riding mower that it only has room for a smaller battery that is not the same size as the normal lawn mower battery. It also works great in my 2007 Prius at a MUCH better price than the Toyoyo battery that is an AGM battery as well. Thanks, J.”
“The Battery sold as being a direct replacement for the jump-n-carry 770R is NOT. The placements on the connection points are off by 1/4-1/2” inwards! I had to rework the buss bar(?), that connects the battery to the rest of circuitry. Size was OK fit inside all right amp hours the right amount, but the placement for the battery connections is off. It does not work. You should either reconfigure the battery or stop selling it as a direct replacement. It is not what it is is a very good inexpensive option but you have to be able to get your hands dirty so to speak and reconfigure grind cut, fabricate, etc. to make it work. I’m cheap enough to do that and didn’t wanna pay the price of the Clore Battery for one that supposedly was a direct fit was almost the same cost as buying a new one kind of a joke. The whole thing I won’t be buying these again the Clore Battery jump/carry thing I’ll go with a high capacity discharge unit.”
