“Batteries arrived quickly but need to be packaged better. The batteries were just shoved in a box with a single tiny piece of styrofoam. They don't appear to be damaged but should be packaged better since shippers are not kind to boxes, especially heavy ones.”
“Price was great. Delivery was on time. But, the flimsy cardboard box with a minimal amount of crushed paper padding was cause for alarm. Hugely disappointed. Cardboard box looked like it rolled down a mountain. I was sure the batteries would be damaged. I tested them though and they seem OK. Pictures to follow.”

“One item I ordered became unavailable. I called and was able to change the item to one you had. The problem was the delay inshipping. I was told the items would go right out but instead after ten days I had to call.nthe items had not been shipped. To your credit they went out that day. So the total time from my original order until I received the two batteries was over three weeks.”
“Easy to shop, totally disappointed by the delivery. I was shopping batteries from other suppliers and chose battery wholesale because the website AND Salespeople said the warehouse was located in Texas. More specifically I was told it was located on DFW airport grounds only about 90 miles from my house. Was also told they had the batteries for my order IN-Stock at said location therefore my order would be fulfilled by last Friday (April 5th) since my order was received on Monday April 1st before 5. It must’ve been an April Fools joke. I Still haven’t got and delivery. They shipped from Utah to Kansas, then to Kansas, then to Oklahoma. I was totally lied too. Still have NO batteries in hand to review”

I apologize for the delay with your order. It does look like it was successfully delivered the day after you wrote this.
We did have the batteries in stock in Dallas, but we tested them before sending them out to you and they failed our tests. Our team worked to find another warehouse with the batteries you ordered and arranged for those to be sent to you. I apologize that our communication wasn't up to par about this change.
“My batteries were scheduled to be delivered, but I got an email notice from FedEX that there was a delay and it would be another day. The next day I arrived home to a box delivered by FedEX that was completely crushed and ripped open and my 4 batteries were only 3 dirty batteries all tossed about in the original box which was completely ripped open and put inside the second FedEX box which was completely crushed and ripped. After sending your company lots of photos of the mess, you company was kind enough to send me another set and I was to leave the old box where FedEX left it to pick up when the new ones were delivered. FedEX just left the original shipment on my deck chair where they laid it. They never took the crushed box with 3 batteries. Now I guess I will have to take them up to the auto parts store to dispose of them properly. The second shipment arrived intact and fine and I was happy once again. Maybe the packing for the batteries is flimsy or too heavy for the FedEX drivers to carry. I would think that was the case because it looked like it was dropped. I was pleased with the fix and when I need new batteries, I will throw my business your way because you honored the transaction, but I do think your company needs to figure out why the problem happened. Luckily I didn't need my scooter for a few more days.”

“I tried to order batteries and have them shipped to me in AK but you wouldn’t do that. I had them shipped to a friend in MI. I picked them up there and I drove back to AK. In all the traveling one of the batteries has a bottom corner broken out, it has ponding on the bolts.”

Sorry for the trouble - we do ship to Alaska, but not to PO Boxes. It doesn't look like you've reached out to customer service, which I would encourage you to do if the battery was damaged by the shipper — we're happy to file a claim with them and make it right.
