“I would like to say that it was a pleasure doing business with you guys. My shipment arrived a day earlier than expected. The batteries were for my elevator in my home and I just had foot surgery and I need to be able to use the elevator so the batteries arrived the day before my surgery which was a plus.
The only thing that I would say that would have made the experience a little better for me personally was not only am I a senior citizen, but I'm retired military. A military discount would have been incredible. Not necessary but it's a great way of showing your support to the veterans and word of mouth goes a long way in small businesses.

I used to work in shipping and receiving and when a box says"THIS SIDE UP", you do not put it in another box upside down. Also, there was no directions on the outside of the boxes. The driver dropped them in their sides at my door. It is a wonder they work, but they do.”
