Bay Tree Events - Marquee & Furniture Hire is a friendly and reliable business with almost two decades of experience in the marquee hire industry. We are based in Maidenhead, Berkshire, close to the Buckinghamshire county border.

We have considerable 'events' experience specialising in the hire of the contemporary and very elegant Capri / Espree Marquee and also the robust and incredibly versatile Clearspan Frame Marquee with or without a solid floor. In addition to our stunning marquees we also offer a wide range of event furniture (tables, chiavari chairs and plastic bistro chair hire), dance floor hire (parquet & black/white dance floors), a variety of lighting and LED bar units. For those colder days we can also provide a marquee heater.

“What a wonderful find when I was looking for a Marquee etc. for our Diamond Wedding. This company is extremely efficient and the people so lovely and helpful and efficient to work with. All was very punctual and caring about making our event special. The price was very competitive. They could not have been more helpful and professional. The Capri marquee looked beautiful in our garden and the dance floor was well used! I would recommend them to anyone without any hesitation. Thank you Marcus, it was perfect.”

They recently set up a marquee and dance floor in our garden for a summer 40th birthday celebration, and everything was absolutely perfect. From start to finish, their communication was excellent—clear, responsive, and helpful throughout the whole process. The setup was done with incredible professionalism, and the end result exceeded our expectations. “Would thoroughly recommend using Bay Tree Events - we used a stretch tent for a festival style party and it provided the perfect vibe! “Marcus and his team provided me with a capri marquee, lights and tables for a garden house party. Marcus was extremely helpful giving me plenty of options to best suit my event. “We used Bay Tree Events for a recent garden party and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Marcus was the first to respond to our enquiries, sending a detailed list of available structures. He followed up with a call to learn more about our event and helped us choose the perfect marquee—the Capri. He was patient, thorough, and incredibly helpful throughout. Two weeks later, he visited to measure up and plan the layout, including the marquee, dance floor, furniture, and power points. The set-up and take-down were handled by Andy and Ben—absolute stars who worked with military precision and smiles on their faces! If you need a marquee, I’d recommend Bay Tree Events in a heartbeat. Professional, friendly, and totally seamless from start to finish. Thank you for helping make our party such a huge success!”

“Bay Tree have provided marquee for us on two occasions and would 100% recommend them. Their staff are charming, polite and efficient and do the job with minimum fuss. Marcus took time to talk us through all the options, and patiently managed dealing with us even though we were organizing from far away with a 6 hour time difference.
