Bay Tree Events - Marquee & Furniture Hire is a friendly and reliable business with almost two decades of experience in the marquee hire industry. We are based in Maidenhead, Berkshire, close to the Buckinghamshire county border.

We have considerable 'events' experience specialising in the hire of the contemporary and very elegant Capri / Espree Marquee and also the robust and incredibly versatile Clearspan Frame Marquee with or without a solid floor. In addition to our stunning marquees we also offer a wide range of event furniture (tables, chiavari chairs and plastic bistro chair hire), dance floor hire (parquet & black/white dance floors), a variety of lighting and LED bar units. For those colder days we can also provide a marquee heater.

“Bay Tree have provided marquee for us on two occasions and would 100% recommend them. Their staff are charming, polite and efficient and do the job with minimum fuss. The marquee and all the lighting, speakers and other equipment was excellent quality and really made the event sparkle. Thank you Bay Tree - we will be back again in the future for sure. :)”

“Bay Tree Events was fantastic! They provided the marquee for our wedding, and it all looked beautiful. Marcus took time to talk us through all the options, and patiently managed dealing with us even though we were organizing from far away with a 6 hour time difference. The marquee turned out even prettier than I had imagined, and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anyone!”

“We used Baytree Events for a big black tie anniversary/ Christmas party we were hosting in our garden before Christmas. Marcus and his team Jeff, Andy and Conor were great. From my initial contact with Marcus his response time was so quick and nothing I requested was ever too much trouble. Marcus and his team devised a rear marquee layout suitable for mid December in Buckinghamshire. It consisted of 3 connecting clearspan marquees to optimise the space in our garden and to connect our home to the marquee. We had a solid floor, charcoal carpet, uplighters, blackout starlight ceiling in the main marquee and even a disco ball. The resulting effect was superb and our family and friends commented on how great the marquee looked. Marcus and his team constructed the marquess in 2 days allowing me two days to decorate the marquees. They were equally efficient in taking it down. My husband and I were really happy with the whole process from start to finish and would have no hesitation in recommending Marcus and his team at Bay Tree Events. We will certainly be using them again.”

“I used Bay Tree Events for my 50th bday party in November. I was initially not sure if a Marquee in November would work. I was impressed with the options Bay Tree Events had and Marcus re assured me the Marquee was safe all year around. I had uplift lighters, lanterns , dance floor and it all looked wonderful and very professional. I could not have asked for a better venue than my own garden with Bay Tree Events Setting up a Marquee in my garden. They were very efficient setting up the Marquee and taking it down again after the party. Thank you for your friendly service and I will definitely use Bay Tree Events for my next party.”
