Bay Tree Events - Marquee & Furniture Hire is a friendly and reliable business with almost two decades of experience in the marquee hire industry. We are based in Maidenhead, Berkshire, close to the Buckinghamshire county border.

We have considerable 'events' experience specialising in the hire of the contemporary and very elegant Capri / Espree Marquee and also the robust and incredibly versatile Clearspan Frame Marquee with or without a solid floor. In addition to our stunning marquees we also offer a wide range of event furniture (tables, chiavari chairs and plastic bistro chair hire), dance floor hire (parquet & black/white dance floors), a variety of lighting and LED bar units. For those colder days we can also provide a marquee heater.

“We contacted Bay Tree events - and from the start their communication was so positive and responsive - Marcus and his team erected and tool down the Marquee so expertly, and supported us with extras (chairs tables etc) All of our guests commented what a beautiful marquee it was- it was magical at night with the lighting that was provided ( even though we forgot to switch some of it on) We would definitely recommend Bay Tree Events (and especially Marcus) to anyone who wants a quality marquee provided with professionalism and care. I would definitely use them again - just need to come up with an excuse for another party!”

“Bay Tree Events installed a wonderful marquee for our daughter Lucy and son on law David’s wedding this weekend. They made sure everything was perfect for us, working extremely hard for a full week and even returning on the day to ensure everything went well. Their polite and helpful service was excellent, we had to make various changes to cope with restrictions and this was dealt with efficiently and fairly. We will definitely use them again and would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you Marcus and your team.”

“Marcus and team provided an excellent service for our daughters home wedding reception and erection and dismantling of the marquee was carried out professionally and without fuss. Bay Tree provided a marquee for us in 2011 which was equally as good and they provide honest straight advice on queries. Look forward to using them again!”

“Marcus was so helpful and provided superb service from start to finish. Having rearranged our wedding 3 times due to the pandemic we were told we needed to provide a marquee for outside eating and drinking with just under a month to go. The service was great, they understood what we were looking for and made everything fit perfectly with the theme and the wedding venue itself. Installed professionally and dismantled just the same. Couldn't recommend higher.”

“A great experience from the initial contact through to the final take down.”

“Every time I use Marcus and his team they never let me down...always friendly reliable soo helpful and professional! I have hosted 18th 21sts and 60th Birthdays at my home using the Capri Marquee recommended by Marcus as I initially wanted the traditional clear span marquee however the Capri fits well on my lawn and utilises the full area ... Marcus also helpful at advising what size dance floor, how many tables and chairs, banquet tables, types of lights etc ... I required for the different types of parties. I love a Capri they make an impact and statement when the guests arrive!! Bay Tree Events Team provide an excellent service I would recommend them to any of my friends and look forward to when I host my next garden party Jane C”

“I have used their marquees twice now and they have been brilliant both times. On the second occasion I had a smaller budget and Marcus was able to adapt to fit my needs with the marquee still looking fabulous. They are reliable, friendly and nothing was too much bother. Highly recommend.”
