Bay Tree Events - Marquee & Furniture Hire is a friendly and reliable business with almost two decades of experience in the marquee hire industry. We are based in Maidenhead, Berkshire, close to the Buckinghamshire county border.

We have considerable 'events' experience specialising in the hire of the contemporary and very elegant Capri / Espree Marquee and also the robust and incredibly versatile Clearspan Frame Marquee with or without a solid floor. In addition to our stunning marquees we also offer a wide range of event furniture (tables, chiavari chairs and plastic bistro chair hire), dance floor hire (parquet & black/white dance floors), a variety of lighting and LED bar units. For those colder days we can also provide a marquee heater.

“Marcus was so helpful and provided superb service from start to finish. Having rearranged our wedding 3 times due to the pandemic we were told we needed to provide a marquee for outside eating and drinking with just under a month to go. The service was great, they understood what we were looking for and made everything fit perfectly with the theme and the wedding venue itself. Installed professionally and dismantled just the same. Couldn't recommend higher.”

“Super flexible and helpful! I am planning a marquee wedding this year, there has been a lot of uncertainty with restrictions about going ahead. “We used Bay Tree Events to hire a marquee for our son’s Christening. The marquee was a great space for the kids to play and provided shelter from the snowy weather we had! Marcus and the guys were great; friendly and professional and I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.”

“We got in touch with Bay Tree Events to organise a marquee to be attached to the back of our house for my 40th birthday party. Marcus provided a fantastic service from the outset - extremely responsive, helpful and doing all he could to be as competitive as possible too. I could make tweaks to our booking throughout the process, nothing was a problem. Marcus and his team did a fantastic job of putting the marquee up, it was seamless and so many of our guests said it was the best marquee they had ever seen. “Every time I use Marcus and his team they never let me down...always friendly reliable soo helpful and professional! I have hosted 18th 21sts and 60th Birthdays at my home using the Capri Marquee recommended by Marcus as I initially wanted the traditional clear span marquee however the Capri fits well on my lawn and utilises the full area ... Marcus also helpful at advising what size dance floor, how many tables and chairs, banquet tables, types of lights etc ... I required for the different types of parties. I love a Capri they make an impact and statement when the guests arrive!! Bay Tree Events Team provide an excellent service I would recommend them to any of my friends and look forward to when I host my next garden party Jane C”

“I have used their marquees twice now and they have been brilliant both times. On the second occasion I had a smaller budget and Marcus was able to adapt to fit my needs with the marquee still looking fabulous. They are reliable, friendly and nothing was too much bother. Highly recommend.”

“My now husband sourced Bay Tree Marquees for our wedding and spoke with Marcus to make the booking and pay the deposit and then passed all the final confirmation responsibilities to me. “We had an amazing service and the marquee looked absolutely marvellous. A real wow! They positioned it very carefully to display all the flower beds in the garden and the lining and drapes and fantastic lighting were top notch. Better than I could ever have imagined. “We hired Bay Tree Events for our 40th birthday. They were absolutely phenomenal, we cannot recommend them highly enough. They put up a high quality marquee in the midst of a storm and a foot of snow in the garden; and when we had some unavoidable issues with melting snow the next day, they came around immediately and fixed it all up, and even dropped an extra can of diesel round for the heaters. Their equipment is first class, they are super friendly and helpful - highly, highly recommended.”

“Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Marcus and his team were professional and efficient, and the marquee looked great! We had to panic call Marcus the day before the wedding looking for an extra marquee as it was due to be pouring with rain on our big day, he saved the day by bringing us his last marquee and was there within the hour too. “Marcus and his team were fantastic from start to finish. We weren't sure what size or type of marquee would work best in our garden and Marcus was so helpful in helping us figure out the best configuration to maximise the space and create the best impact. The set up and take down were done swiftly and efficiently and the whole thing looked amazing. I was especially grateful that we could hire everything we needed from them - lights, staging, a heater in case it got chilly, tables and chairs, even a glitter ball! Highly recommend them and will definitely call on them again next time we need a marquee.”

“This company is fabulous and I would highly recommend. The service from the initial phone call to the event installation and collection have been a seamless and easy process. The team were exceptionally professional and friendly. The price was also very competitive. We needed a marquee to host a Company BBQ and chose the Capri style for a less formal approach.
