Bay Tree Events - Marquee & Furniture Hire is a friendly and reliable business with almost two decades of experience in the marquee hire industry. We are based in Maidenhead, Berkshire, close to the Buckinghamshire county border.

We have considerable 'events' experience specialising in the hire of the contemporary and very elegant Capri / Espree Marquee and also the robust and incredibly versatile Clearspan Frame Marquee with or without a solid floor. In addition to our stunning marquees we also offer a wide range of event furniture (tables, chiavari chairs and plastic bistro chair hire), dance floor hire (parquet & black/white dance floors), a variety of lighting and LED bar units. For those colder days we can also provide a marquee heater.

“Marcus and his team at Bay Tree installed a capri marquee for a special birthday party. They couldn't have been more helpful - what a fab team. The marquee was much admired at the party and we were so happy - it looked amazing and was completely hassle-free. We would definitely use Bay Tree Events again and recommend unreservedly.”

“Just wanted to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to Marcus and all the guys at Baytree for all their hard work in making our outdoor wedding marquee look spectacular!!! From the initial enquiry all the way through to the big day, Marcus went out of his way to help and offered really useful advice and guidance on choosing the marquee. He is super responsive so any questions got answered honestly and transparently in no time at all. The marquee looked beautiful with all the lining and lighting and we had many lovely comments about it during the wedding. If you’re looking for an affordable, high quality marquee for your wedding then look no further.... these guys are the best!!!!”

“Well what can I say - above and beyond !!! Marcus and his team were brilliant.....from the initial contact through to the take down and removal Bay Tree Events were fantastic. Marcus even contacted me while he was on holiday!!! We had a Capri Marquee for our daughters 18th birthday party and it looked amazing with all the lights and furniture. Thought it would be over our budget to have such a fabulous marquee but Bay Tree is so reasonably priced we had lots of options. Thank you Marcus and your team - can't recommend you enough! Will definitely be using you again for our sons 18th which is coming up this year.”

“Superb! Marcus and the team made the whole experience of organising my daughters 21st party stress free. The capri marquee fitted perfectly and looked really special in the evening with the lights and the poseur tables. The guys were efficient, punctual and very personable when putting up and taking down the marquee. Definitely recommend.”

“We had the most beautiful marquee and the service received from Marcus and his team was absolutely top notch. The quote was extremely competitive and really good value. They are highly experienced, professional and knowledgeable. Our marquee connected to our house and it was virtually seamless as they kept the floor at the same height. The decoration, lighting, dance floor, bar and seating was perfect and I cannot recommend them highly enough - they took all the stress out of organising a big party and had great recommendations for catering too! You will not be disappointed.”

“So happy with the marquee for our 50th party. Marcus and the team were so helpful and super efficient. It looked spectacular with a black sparkly roof lining over the dance floor and white roof lining with fairy lights for the rest of the space. The heater and lighting were very effective and easy to use. I had so many compliments and would definitely recommend and use Marcus and Bay Tree again.”

“Professional, Quick, Friendly. Would use and recommend again. We used the Capri marquee which was recommended by Marcus and it made our COVID wedding amazing .. it changed our garden into a wedding Venue! It’s the future for weddings. Bay Tree them selves didn’t put a finger wrong even via email. If you want a professional company who deliver I couldn’t recommend a better company. “We had a Clearspan marquee through Bay Tree Events for an eighteenth birthday party last month and it was a huge success. The communication with Marcus was excellent, his advice on size of marquee and dance floor etc was great and everything was delivered, assembled and taken down exactly to plan (despite snow falling on the day it was put up!) All the staff were extremely professional and worked really hard. The quoted price was very competitive and not only would we recommend them to friends, we have already booked them for another event.”

“We used Marcus for our 60th Party. They were absolutely brilliant. They were, punctual, professional and thorough. “We had Bay Tree Events for the marquee for our Golden Wedding Anniversary. Marcus and his team provided us with superb venue, complete with dance floor, for nearly 80 family and friends. What impressed us in the first place was the care and attention that Marcus gave to planning the layout and siting of the marquee. Nothing was too much bother, even a spot of tree work to ensure that we could get our preferred location! The staff were thoroughly professional. “Marcus from Bay Tree Events has been fabulous, they are a quality outfit and extremely helpful and professional company. We had a large bespoke built marquee for my husbands 40th in November 2019 with 150 guests. Marcus was so helpful, answering questions, providing lights, dance floors, more seating etc, nothing was too much trouble and he was quick and polite to respond. The marquee was top quality and beautifully lined with curtains and colourful up-lighters, we had a star light ceiling and it looked like a night club in there! It was lovely and warm inside and Marcus was totally flexible putting exits where we needed and making a bespoke adjoining link tunnel to the house. The party was brilliant and everyone loved the marquee, we will definitely use Bay Tree again, highly recommend.”
