“Bought my son a bb gun for Christmas, come christmas day he and his Dad went out to a field to try it out but it wouldn't fire, it would only fire when upside down, I spent the next week(over Christmas and new year) researching what the problem could be as BB guns4less were closed, found out it could be a problem with the magazine so after countless emails/messages to the about it finally got a response to send the magazine back(this was weeks later)we then had to wait another 10 days for them to send out the fixed magazine. My son was really excited as he could finally use his Christmas present but when he tried it nothing happened, the Gun wouldn't fire at all, realising that there is also a fault with the gun contacted them straight away to say I needed a returns code to sent the whole gun back as it wouldn't fire, 7 or 8 emails/messages later(which was another 2 weeks) they finally got back to me via email to say they would only refund/replace if it was still in the 30 day warranty which obviously its now well past over that, I believe 100% that they waited that long to finally get back to me knowing they wouldn't have to replace it. On the email it also stated reasons why they wouldn't replace and one was if the wrong bbs were used yet I was also told by Kenzie via an earlier email when returning the magazine not to use the bbs the gun came with as they are cheaply made and can damage the gun, I was a bit shocked tbh and asked why they would sell guns knowing the cheaply made bbs that came with the guns could damage them and why not remove them before selling, his response was they get so many orders they can't go through all the boxes.(I've saved every email to this shambles of a company including the one sent by kenzie telling me the bbs sold with there guns can damage the guns so will now be taking this further. in the meantime I've got a very disappointed 15 year old who didn't get to use his Christmas present, I have bought several guns from this company before but certainly won't ever be buying again from them”
“They don't answer the phone,got the pistol,which was like a £5toy!! I paid £73 for it,even difficult to return it!!

I just deleted my last review which was excellent but after my second order for another bbgun turned up I feel so let down.My first order was for a co2 8inch revolver in blue and arrived after a couple of days.The revolver was clearly either a display item or a return as it was riddled with scratches and dents.Upon loading it for the first time the cylinder that holds the bullets fell completely away from the gun making it very difficult to load.You could see lots of wear and tear around the cylinder as if it had been used and abused.Why on earth was this item not quality checked before it was sent out the box it came In wasn't even sealed.I am not going to bore you with how I went about complaining but I got no where.Ok once bitten twice shy but I ordered a 2nd bb gun a different model and paid for premium delivery which arrived on time.Upon opening the box this was a different model gun to my previous order it looked BRANDNEW this time.....BUT it did not work at all STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BOX.It wouldn't hold the co2 cartridge gas at all once installed it just hissed out everywhere and 4 co2 cartridges later doing the same thing i never even got to fire this bbgun.NOW both of these bbguns should have been examined and tested before being despatched as none of the boxes were sealed.I have had other co2/gas guns from other companies and they have been tested prior to despatch but obviously bbguns4less don't care at all.
So order at your peril as it is a lottery or as forest gump said....bbguns4less is like a box of cheap plastic,you never know what your going to get.
UPDATE.....I posted 2 reviews on bbguns4less regards these 2 guns and they have not been published which makes you think are all there reviews made up???,to benefit them and fool you???.
Oh and after losing out by buying these guns which cost me £120 for both guess what....i was given a 10% of code for my next order,what an insult.Any good company would have sent out replacements full stop.
Do yourselves a favour and shop elsewhere and spend a little bit more money on better products.
So.....I am waiting for bbguns4less to read this and do the right thing...send me out a working replacement for either of these 2guns and I would like to stress WORKING.
ALSO I did try to return the 2nd item but you have to legally declare whats in the box and yep the post office wouldn't touch it so be warned it is illegal not to declare what you are sending through the post when asked.
Do the right thing bbguns4less send me a replacement or a refund for 1 of the 2 items purchased.”

“Order incomplete. Rectified after I rang. I bought their recommended battery for gun. It did not fit. 4 emails ignored. Requested a return. Ignored. Eventually said return at your own cost. Appalling service. Avoid dealing with this company.”
“Purchased a Well G291 CO2 bb pistol from BBguns4less. I would not consider this to be a safe or reliable gun. I have received no response from bbguns4less and would have expected some communication this is the second gun I have had from these people, the previous had issues after a few weeks, this gun totally malfunctioned and the experience convinces me that although the prices are cheap this gun was only £29.95 my advice is to pay the extra and go to your local gun shop in person and listen to people who know about guns and buy something with reliability and safety from suppliers who test and know the standard of what they are selling. I wasted two CO2 cartridges which the gun just expelled the CO2 each time through the barrel. Got the third one fixed in, the installing of the cartridge is very iffy. Shot one bb pellet then the gun malfunctioned, when I tried to discharge it again shot all the CO2 out of the barrel. The whole discharge system seems to have failed. It discharges CO2 through the muzzle at an alarming rate with a great volume. Avoid these people and this gun.”
“Dont buy from them. Placed the order and heard nothing for over 60 days despite multiple attempts to contact them (email, phone, messenger). I had to get my bank involved and finally got my money back. In short not credible - STAY AWAY!”
