“Fantastic product knowledge, really friendly and a pleasure to buy from. I was in the market for a Kamado Joe and they went above and beyond to ensure I knew differences and was comfortable with my purchase. “I ordered a Kamado Joe Rib Rack at about 4.30pm last Monday & received an acknowledgement of order email before 5pm. I wanted delivery on the Wednesday & received an email on the Tuesday advising me that my order was on its way. Wednesday morning it arrived, very well packaged. An excellent service all round.”

“I called BBQLand, they could not have been more helpful. Delivery was rapidly quick. Recalled in regards of matching regulator, again very helpful. Not used the BBQ yet, but can't wait. Looks excellent, so expect to be very happy with its performance. I only hope my cooking is worthy of the BBQ”
