“Easy to order and quick delivery. The only other comment I have is that the item ordered either wasn't packed very well or was handled badly by the deliver team as it arrived open, torn and ripped, but fortunately the item was it's self in a box and was undamaged.”

“Purchased "Toledo" large cast iron chiminea as 65th birthday present. Ordered over bank holiday weekend, goods despatched next working day and delivered following day. Really pleased with product, arrived in perfect condition with adequate assembly instructions and component checklist. Good quality product at very competitive price, yet to use, but do not anticipate any problems as product is on a par with the one we already own which has given good service for several years. Excellent service with good communications by text and email throughout, no need to stay in all day waiting for delivery. Would not hesitate to use BBQLand again. Highly Recommended.”

“My Big Joe Kamado was delivered in a timely manner. The delivery driver was very helpful and managed to get the grill in my garage. As part of the bundle I purchased, two bags of Kamado Joe lump charcoal were,supposed to be included. However, it was not in stock. So, BBQ Land delivered 20 kg of restaurant grade charcoal to tide me over until they had them KJ charcoal available. It was only a day later when I received the KJ charcoal. I am very happy with the service I had from BBQ Land and I would highly recommend them. David Pringle.”

“The bbq arrived on time all present and correct. It went together well and looks awesome, unfortunately rained all weekend so haven't fired it up yet but if it cooks as well as the service I've received dinner will be a treat.”

“Using the website and making the purchase went very well. However I was a little disappointed with some of the design detail upon receiving and assembling and then using the bbq. Several examples; 1: Lack of captured nuts between the two sections of the fire box, which due to the curvature of the two pieces made it very difficult to tighten them. It is strange because captured nuts are used with excellent effect when assembling the firebox to the main compartment. 2: No gasket between the two sections of the fire box, leaks smoke and heat when it use. Strange because a gasket is provided for the chimney connection. 3: The individual pieces of the firebox structure are only spot welded causing smoke and heat to escape. High temp sealant probably could fix that or full welding. 4: Washers, would have thought spring washers would have been provided for all the various screw and nut combinations to keep preload as the bbq expands under heat, have only used it once but I suspect this may become an issue over time. Other than that it is a great little bbq and first cook went well but it was only a direct grill.”
