“I ordered a Kamado Joe Classic 3, and they were super helpful in answering questions via email before the purchase, and post purchase were great in holding the item for me whilst I waited for my house to complete. They delivered the product on time, but during the delivery there was an incident which caused the item to be severely damaged (no fault of BBQ Land). I immediately called BBQ Land and they took control from there, reassuring me they were on it and would own the problem. Richard was outstanding throughout, dealing quickly and efficiently with both the supplier and the courier, resolving the issue at no cost to me, and ensuring the damaged item was collected and the new one delivered with a two man team. He could not have done more to resolve this issue in a better way than he did, and many large companies could learn what customer service really is from these guys. Many companies sell the same products, but it's how they treat you once you have paid that makes the difference, and this is where they set themselves apart. I highly recommend BBQ Land!”

“I had an Issue with a Product that I had used. After contacting BBQ land, I spoke to Richard who said no problem to return the goods in good albeit used condition to claim a refund. After returning Item, I then saw a different Item on the website which I wanted to try out instead of a refund which Richard then promptly sent me after my return. Great customer service.”
