“Very nice, helpful people. Delivery and installation for which I paid £140 went badly wrong; poor communication between BBQLAND and the delivery company. Delivery men had no idea what they were supposed to do when they got here and, initially, refused to unload the barbecue. Which came with instructions for the KJ Classic ll, not the Classic lll. These not yet available!!”

“Popped in unannounced and very near to closing on a Saturday afternoon ( classic M25) Staff were very attentive and knowledgeable even though there were lots of customers. All in all I will be back. PS BBQ was ace as well and has been used most nights since I brought it 😘👍👍👍☀️🍖”

“We have been looking for a pit boss in the uk , as we use one in Florida , brilliant bit of equipment, and bbq land had just what we wanted , delivery was excellent, communication with them second to none , excellent, they can not be faulted, thank you”

“Sent a different brand than I ordered and had confirmed on invoice. When I queried, told it was exactly the same, it isn’t, I compared the pellets to to the brand I ordered which I had from Costco. Don’t have time to repackage up, and drive to post office and send back as requested. They should clearly state on website and invoice you may receive a different brand and when a customer points out issue to them they need to just apologise and refund or send out the actual item ordered, not give the customer enough hassle that they leave it as is and don’t order ever again from them !”

“BBQ land is excellent, from service and delivery to price and availability. I had some minor issues when I purchased my BbQ which was fixed promptly and with compensation. I always call Richard for advice before placing my order. The only place online to buy BBq items.5 star”

“This bbq is fantastic. I would describe myself as a hardcore bbq er, I have bought and worn out many bbqs including gas and charcoal, but the level of heat control and flavour retention with the Kamado Joe classic is outstanding. The build quality is superb and I can see this lasting many years. Bbqland gave great service, and have become my go to company for all my bbq needs.”
