“Good price on deal bundle but missing two items even tho the packing list indicated they were present. Also failed to receive confirmation of the delivery day, turned out it was the next working day but only knew after I sent an email. Hopefully the remaining bundle parts will arrive! Wouldn't not order from them but would expect a company to communicate better when sending a high value item.”

“Some items were missing but sent out next day. Still waiting on book that was part of the bundle but was assured this will be sent out when they have it. Could’ve clarified this in the first place to avoid confusion.”

“Fast delivery. Great 1st cook on it. Easy to maintain heat. A 10hr cook on 1 batch of lumpwood n still ad fait bit left 2 go longer. Great buy”

“I recently purchased a Landmann Grill Chef XXL Broiler BBQ with cover for £318. There was nothing on the website to say it was self-assembly so when I realised this I cancelled the order (within 2 hours) after I had cjecked the same item was on other sites for £50 less and included a 2 year guarantee and made it clear it was self-assembly. BBQ land tried to deliver 3 days later (which I refused) After numerous emails ignored and a very unhelpful sales team, I finally got a refund - you judge, it should not be so difficult”
