“Customer service was very poor. phone staff begrudgingly apologised after my order was mixed up and then not re sent out at the earliest opportunity. The contact for this company listed on the website are incorrect. Example email address listed.I Used this company to try to not use larger companies, but I know a large company would have bent over backwards after messing up my order. Hence why I cancelled and reordered with another company. Their customer service was awesome delivery was quick and the product was correct.”

“My wife and I went to bbq land last week to buy a bbq they where so helpful ended up buying a kamado joy they have so many to choose from gas and charcoal they have everything you need for barbecuing I would highly recommended going a long and having a look gary”

“Well it took a while before I built the BBQ eve though I brought it months ago. The BBQ arrived on time and in good condition i.e. no damaged box or parts. Took a while to build but managed to do it on my own. Overall please with the BBQ, just need to use it now.”
