“Hi, I purchased a Bradley Smoker unit which I am very pleased with and a very competitive price it was until I went to Checkout ! my two concern areA on the website it stated free uk delivery and when I went to check out suddenly the NE of Scotland it seems is no longer a part of the UK " Nicola Sturgeon will be pleased to hear that" hence a £18+ charge for delivery, the other concern was I ordered the bisquettes from the same website and low and behold instead of the two purchases turning up with the one delivery service and saving a fortune in delivery costs guess what..... yes the other package arrived the next day not only impacting our environment but impacting my wallet as well. I think the way things are done at bbqland ought to be revised .All said and done when I contacted them they were quick to reply and adamant that everything was dispatched but forgotten to mention that there would be two separate deliveries.”

“Fantastic customer service. You only ever find out how good someone is if something goes wrong. Well my first item arrived damaged. I emailed and got a quick response telling me straight away a new one was on its way. Fantastic company to deal with and will use them again.”
