“Reasonable prices. I only interacted by purchasing online. Items delivered as expected. Have not tried to use customer service or spoken to anyone directly so I can only comment on the online transaction process.”

“We ordered a Landmann Vinson Gas Food Smoker; free delivery was by UK Mail and was excellent. We had to assemble the smoker ourselves (10mm spanner and, most importantly, a medium screwdriver are needed.) However, the components are well engineered and the instructions clear, so assembly was enjoyable. The smoker is fantastic.”
