“Bbq arrived on time (next day delivery) and as described. Pallet force delivery driver was very polite and helpful, however the pallet force tracking system did not update and the bbq was delivered before it had been received at the delivery depot meaning there was nobody home to take delivery.”

“Bought a BBQ guru adaptor for Kamado Joe junior which arrived 22 hours after I ordered it which I thought was excellent, it stated it would fit but I had to grind 3mm from to top edge , so just be aware they might need to be slightly modified, once done they work perfectly.”

“Quality service and product used BBQ land before and will again but need to review the currier UK mail/DHL not good at all, conflicting info from tracking and had to make a special trip to the depot to find out where my delivery was located.”

“Awesome products, price and customer service. Had a small few things wrong with bbq delivered. They handled it really well, organised for warranty covered new bits delivered next day no questions asked. Really happy with the bbq now!”

“Received my new BBQ a day earlier than expected, so very happy with that, only problem I have is scuff marks to the paint on the front panel and paint chipped on the right side of the BBQ hood.”

“Ive bought various items off BBQLand with and whilst their service has been perfect, today they went above and beyond! I asked to order a new expensive part on a bbq as mine had cracked, instead of simply taking for money, they put me in contact with the supplier, even sending me the link, who assessed it and found it to be a fault and I now have a new part on its way. BBQLand will now be my first stop shop for all my BBQ stuff, awesome service all round! 10/10 from me.”
