“All models were on display, and they are in stock. Same for accessories. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was no hard selling. He even took the Kamado grill out of box so I could take it home with me.”

“Very happy with my Kamado Joe Ash Basket. It’s sturdy and feels very well made. I paid for next day delivery but it took 3 days to arrive. This may have been due to a busy time of year but it wasn’t possible to contact the courier and despite two days of waiting in for it to come (even with texts from the courier giving an ETA) it came on the third day with no warning. Thankfully we were in to receive the delivery.”
