“The BBQ I bought was not as described or shown in the images. This was down to the manufacturer changing the design and not updating the information. However, BBQ were very helpful in trying to find a resolution with the manufacturer. BBQLand could have just said that it was not their fault, but they put the effort to help resolve this and come up with the best solution available.”
