“I first ordered a similar BBQ from a German company which was slow to get here and arrived damaged. It was a simple part that could just be replaced however they insisted on me returning the complete item via the post office counter, near impossible. BBQ Land on the other hand were very quick to acknowledge and despatch. I was so impressed that I ordered one for my brother which came even quicker. Fantastic products and great service! Thank you BBQL!”
