Bought a motorhome from this company and have had bother from day 1, 6 months later and I’m still getting lied to and not calling back when promised. I have never been treated or lied to after spending thousands of pounds and would tell anybody that is thinking of buying from here to AVOID, AVOID AVOID unless you want a life worths of hassle and constant lies.

Rude, and unhelpful. First call was passed through to an annoyed man who informed me I was in the wrong department and hung up on me. Second time passed through to a woman who talked over me and didn't understand what I was was calling about. When I asked to be given chance to explain she hung up on me.

Wing ham Rookie L Taken purchase of a new Winghamm Rookie. L. First. outing out. The gas is not working. Cannot shut off the second regulator. The toilet flap is broken. sewage everywhere. Waste water not draining. I am not happy . Tyre pressure only 25 psi and it should be 40 psi. Does anyone want to buy a cheap caravan?

Bought a motorhome from them and it was £52k with only one elderly owner. Had to take it to the original dealer in Perth where they informed me they sold this new for £48.5k. I have never heard of a motorhome appreciating in value when it is driven out the showroom. Research the van and the dealer! Needless to say we have sold it and purchasing new from another dealer.

Travelled 600 miles to view campervan. Liked what I saw. Advert listed awning included. Young callum and John were ok to deal with. Owner elderly callum was asked what type of awning. He made a call to what I was led to believe previous owner. She described it with no mention of it being separate sale and when I returned home I got a call from young callum then John. Owner elderly callum of bc motorhome wanted £400 extra for awning and said although advertised as part of sale that it was not really. The lady owner was selling separately. I have screenshot of advert. It later slipped out that bc motorhomes were selling on behalf of owner which I was not told. They would not commit details in writing of what was verbally promised. There were so many other dodgy untruths and inconsistencies such a tangled web that I had no trust in the company. The van was nice but I'm glad I didn't get involved with buying from them.

So BC offer motorhomes at good prices and the sales team are very helpful whilst selling you a vehicle but once you have handed over your money the support fades away. We bought a brand new motorhome from BC and it arrived broken. It has taken 5 months to get the problem solved. The only way you get a response is to go to the managing director and even he needs pushing at every step. BC didn't sort the problem out but eventually arranged for another company to do the work. They sent the wrong part not once but twice to the company. To quote this company "BC and their staff showed no urgency in sorting out the problem". This is our first motorhome and it is only 5 months later that we can use it to its full potential. For 2 months it has been stuck in a garage waiting for BC to get the right part to them. Take into account the subscription cost of the tracker alarm, road tax and missed holiday opportunities in these 5 months and perhaps the deal they offered doesn't look so good. Research your dealer carefully. Their support is as important as the deal they offer you

If you look back further in these reviews you’ll see I had a bad experience. Then had a reply on this site that’s all I’ve had a bunch of cowboys in my trade you’d go to jail for the stuff this company do. If a review can change someone from buying from then good I bought a 100000 van from them and there after sales are rubbish just phone you up and lie the director Callum being the biggest lier. I’m thinking of changing my van next year and will probably be spending a lot of money which this company won’t see. Think they’d love a customer who spends 100k every 4 5 years on a motorhome no they are to stupid to think of return business be worked worst and biggest mistake I’ve ever made was dealing with this outfit stay well clear you have been warned

When phoning to enquire about a problem always told someone will phone you back. They don’t.

A classic example of a company who simply lose interest once sale completed. The list of issues was long but even getting the courtesy of a return phone call seems to be too much to expect from Callum. Great service up to point of sale then expect it to go down hill rapidly from there.

After MH habitation check found my new kitchen light broken, they denied all responsibility, apparently it must have happened on the 10 minute drive home! This was not an expensive item, but I know 100% it was in perfect condition before, and I resent the implication made over the phone that I was lying about it. This was the first and last time I will use this dealer.

Good afternoon Joy, We are very sorry to hear you feel this way. After speaking with our After-Sales Manager he has informed me that after much discussion the conversation ended at impasse. We have done a thorough investigation (and with the nature of the work undertaken ) we are confident that we did not break your light or swap your microwave. If you feel you would like to discuss further please do not hesitate to call us or pop into our workshop. We would like to keep you as a customer of ours and be able to move forward from this. Best Wishes, BC Motorhomes

Took 5 weeks to diagnose and fix a problem. Replaced good battery with one out of the workshop and failed to swap them back resulting in me having to buy a brand new battery on the Sunday to allow my son to use the motorhome. Still haven't been reimbursed for the cost despite promises.

I had a very strange experience at this dealer. Having been a caravaner I am now looking to buy a motorhome but only when I find one that Is suitable and that I really like. Before my visit I checked their website and found several models which were of interest. Since this dealer keeps all of their motorhomes locked, a salesperson is required to facilitate viewing. The one that “helped” me seemed to have little knowledge of the stock and what was advertised on the website. He was reluctant to let me view several vehicles and even suggested that I should choose from a catalog and then he would he let me see the one I wanted to buy. The bottom line is that I am not going to spend around £40000 buying from a brochure. His attitude was really strange, everything was too much bother and he seemed totally uninterested in selling me anything. Perhaps he thought me a time waster with no intention of buying, which I am not, but I have never come across anything like this from any retail business and there didn’t seem to a queue of customers seeking his attention. I could go on at length but enough said, just prepare to be patronised. It makes me wonder what their after sales service is like. The thing is that they are the by far biggest dealer in the area and having to rule them out would be very inconvenient. Maybe that is part of the problem?

Totally disgusted van booked in for 3rd year service an habitation check, no issues with habitation check but they carried out a 2nd year full service including brake fluid change on a 3 year old van ??? despite service booked being stamped that 2nd ear service was already done, charged £700.26 p for habitation check and service total rip off. still waiting on service Manager getting back to see what they are going to do about it, Fiat Professional have been informed and are awaiting my reply with the outcome, why give a 2nd year service to a 3 year old van with the service booked all stamped up by a more than reputable company , definitely not like BC Motorhomes just total rip off , stay clear of service department.

Terrible experience from start to finish you think a company selling high end products like motorhomes would have a deasent aftersales service or a decent service department apparently not I have a catalog of disasters and complaints with a £100,000 Plus motorhome that I’m so disgusted with them I have to take my motorhome 300 miles to have work carried out but I feel better as they couldent or dident want to fix warranty work they are over stretched in there service department so much so they are shoddy I have a list of complaints that would take all night to write I’m going to get in touch with there managing director as I don’t think he knows half of what’s going on beware promise you the world and deliver a balloon

Purchased a new campervan from BC Motorhomes, after 15 months van sprung a leak in roof light. The van has since been returned on four occasions for repair over a 13 month period where BC motorhomes have been incapable of fixing and the van unuseable. The experience over this period has been of appalling after sales service with misleading and evasive communication. This business is not capable of aftersales service. I would urge any buyers who have experienced similar levels of service to write a review.
