“Why are you asking for a review when I have not even received what I have ordered!!! I paid for next day delivery but 5 days on I have STILL NOT received my order.”

“I ordered a 1377 steel breach kit on the 3rd of December and was advised the part was dispatched the next day, on the 14th December I emailed to ask for a delivery update as the kit hadn’t arrived after 11 days, today the 19December I have called five times to no avail to try and find out if my item is going to be delivered. Customer service is non existent as far as I can tell and I am very disappointed and would not be able to recommend this company.”

“All ok until something goes wrong. Ordered the wrong belt, agreed with them to order the correct one and get a refund for the wrong one. Sent it back then nothing. Had a few answers to some emails saying that it would be sorted, but nothing. No further responses to emails or Facebook messages. I’ve tried to get this resolved for over a year but now must warn you all.”

“I ordered a replacement belt for my lawnmower selecting 24 hr tracked delivery. Still waiting for receipt 1 week later and no response from Bearing Options in the interim to emails and messages for an update on delivery as tracking number supplied was not recognised by delivery partner. My first and probably last order with them.”

“I have used bearing options for almost eight months for crossman premier in .22 and .177.these are always delivered next day and never damaged.the owner is always friendly and helpful and I will continue to use this firm as long as I keep shooting.”
