“I received a faulty rifle sight over four months ago and has been trying to contact the company many times since then by email and phone and never had a reply back from them. £70 wasted! Do not buy from this company!”

“Ordered a Napier pull through kit and it never arrived. Tried to contact many times by telephone message (the phone was never answered) and email but there was never a reply. Eventually I contacted my bank to raise a dispute. They denied this saying it had been delivered and only then supplied the tracking number. When I checked it it had been delivered to an address in Widnes, Cheshire. I live in Cumbria about 90miles away! I got my money back from the bank. DON’T BUY FROM THEM.”

“Sent 3 emails re non delivery of Napier pull through kit. No response to any of them although they state we will get back to you as soon as possible. Very poor company to deal with...........AVOID”

“absolute joke of a Company! Please buyer beware, paid for KFL bearings on proforma, delivery to Grimsby... You know who we are! Never delivered and still to get refunded after 3 months despite email, phone calls etc etc. Are you that desperate to hold onto cash?? REFUND PLEASE”

“I ordered a 1377 steel breach kit on the 3rd of December and was advised the part was dispatched the next day, on the 14th December I emailed to ask for a delivery update as the kit hadn’t arrived after 11 days, today the 19December I have called five times to no avail to try and find out if my item is going to be delivered. Customer service is non existent as far as I can tell and I am very disappointed and would not be able to recommend this company.”

“All ok until something goes wrong. Ordered the wrong belt, agreed with them to order the correct one and get a refund for the wrong one. Sent it back then nothing. Had a few answers to some emails saying that it would be sorted, but nothing. No further responses to emails or Facebook messages. I’ve tried to get this resolved for over a year but now must warn you all.”

“I ordered a replacement belt for my lawnmower selecting 24 hr tracked delivery. Still waiting for receipt 1 week later and no response from Bearing Options in the interim to emails and messages for an update on delivery as tracking number supplied was not recognised by delivery partner. My first and probably last order with them.”
