“I should give NO STAR at all... they didnt deserved a star. My ordered items never arrived! More than a month already. Several emails, deal with several CS, filled Twice the form still delaying in giving me refund. Please stay away from Beauty Expert dear international buyer.”

“Do not use this company. Seriously, do not use them. Ordered an advent calendar for my partner that did not arrive. Every call was told that it was due to be dispatched any day now etc. Told this for weeks. When asked for actual dates was never given any. Told that stock had arrived from Poland when it had not even been dispatched. This company has no idea how to run logistics or deal with customers. Was told mid-December to cancel my order and order another advent calendar! Had to explain the concept of an advent calendar. This company has ruined my and my partner's Christmas - if they had been honest then I could have made alternative plans, but their continued lies leaves me with nothing. I look forward to the day that this happens to those that work at this company, and they come to understand the impact that this can have on people.”

“I ordered over 2 weeks ago , they informed me it would be delivered in 2/3 days still no sign and they now say it's been lost they said they have reordered but I've received not confirmation email. Stay away from beauty experts!!!!!!”

“Worst company ever. They’ve lost all my order in the past 3 months and now they refuse to give me a refund stating that they have some 40 day policy which is NOT even in the terms and conditions. I’ve been waiting for my product and after multiple emails they say they won’t give me my refund finally. STAY AWAY”

“I placed an order for Gatineau Products then received message soends few more dollars and you can have Gatineau Roller for free did si but when trying to finaluse the sale after spending more than the required 65 pounds item would not add to cart have spent last 30 minutes on chat with person oh i cant see that offer so I have cancelled my account immediately previous order was to be free delivery to Australia but kept on charging me 23.99 delivery had 3 chats all 3 people told me website having problems just pay it and we will issue refund immediately didn't happen when I contacted them next day denied all knowledge of it took matter up with PayPal and refund was issued in this latest incident they only had to add on this gift as they are still available but no offer changed tonight despite items being in my basket for 2 days at the qualifying amount so ni they don't deserve even 1 star no consideration for their customers at all STAY AWAY”

“COMPLETE SCAM++++ Same as others. Item not received, fobbing me off telling me they are sending a form to fill in. Never arrived either. Refuse to refund but send threats against making a paypal claim.”

“Total scam. I ordered and then realize this website is a scam through reviews. I tried to cancel my order minutes after placing. They said it has already been processed which it says processing in my account. They said I will have to return. I have called their company a scam right in the emails and they have completely disregarded this and send their typical refund message. I am trying to go through PayPal to get my money back.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Received a faulty product and Beauty Expert would not issue a credit for their error. Extremely poor customer service. Do not order from them -they are not legitimate.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I did not receive my item, did not receive a refund and have been given a runaround for 3 months now as to how to obtain said refund. This company is not legit. Do not take a risk with them. Most items can be found on Amazon.”

“Even I don't want to give 1 star. This people deserve lower than that. I ordered 20 days ago,still not received item. When I start online chat with customer support, they said there is no order with particular number and billing address. They are not receiving any call. Fraud people!!”

“BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY! This is the worst company ever. I have purchased Gatineau Defilift Perfect Design product from them. I know this product very well as I have been using it for over 7 years. What I received from them is very different from the real product - texture, smell, consistency were not even remotely close to what it supposed to be! I have been in ongoing dispute with them for almost 3 months now. I have probably had over 100 communications going back and forth with. One of the questions they never were able to answer is the expiry date on the product they sent to me. I have also provided a review of the product on their website and it never got posted. Their response was "Not all reviews make the site as we do receive a lot I am afraid". They only have 4/5 stars reviews posted! Also, they have credited money to my account with them for future use of their product. I have communicated to them that I will never purchase products from them but their response was to this "If you choose not to use that credit, that is your personal decision but we will not be making any refund instead of that credit." My advise - stay away from this company!”

“I have been using this product for over 7 years and know it very well. What I received from the beauty expert is not nearly close to the real product. Everything is different - including the texture, the smell and the consistency of the cream. I have tried to use it and I got a skin sensitivity. I have requested refund about 6 weeks ago and to date no refund has been issued. I have followed up multiple times and all I get is that they are still working on this issue.”

“Ordered some products for shipping to the US. Almost 3 weeks went by with no notification, finally called customer service who after putting me on hold and "looking into it" for me told me the order was cancelled due to the items being "out of stock" which is bullsh*t since the items are readily available everywhere. I suspect this site just harvests CC #'s and personal data to sell to others. DO NOT USE THEM.”

“Worst experience ever! I bought an item that after a month, I had to email them to ask them to only find out that they didn’t even have the product in stock. Then, the other product that I bought, was sent to the wrong address and they could not change the address to re-ship. Do NOT buy from these people - biggest rip off.”

“I ordered an item in APRIL 2018, that just never made it to me - the shipping details were VERY unclear as to exactly what happened. So, I asked for it to be sent again - it never made it to me a second time. So I inquired AGAIN. I was just told that because I didn't inquire for a 3rd time about my order I placed in APRIL 2018 (It's October!!), within 40 days (I inquired on day 41), they are offering no refund and no replacement?!?! Wow - that is the worst customer service I have ever had - and they blatantly ripped me off!!!!!!! Horrible company to order from.”
