“I received my wig it look nothing like the one I order. So I called for to return the wig , At first the customers service person wasn’t trying to send me a return label. I send the picture and she seen that the wig the sent me was horrible. Never will I buy again. They are false advertising on most of their items.”

These people/company are TRASH!!! At 3:31 pm I successfully ordered a wig and at 12:11am a magic jack number that I couldn’t call texted me saying the wig I ordered was out of stock and was also trying to get me to buy another wig. At 12:14 I sent my first text saying just refund me, they ignored the text. At 1:00 am after sending 6 text messages with no response somebody finally responded and this was after me telling them they better lawyer up. Then the person who responded had the nerve to tell me to watch my words!!!
I DONT HAVE TO WATCH NOTHING!!! First of all who the hell texts someone at 12:11 am about there order that was placed hours ago, if it was out of stock then the order should’ve never went through. Everything about this experience was unprofessional!!! This was my first and last time ordering from them, stay away from this TRASH COMPANY!!!!”
“They are a complete scam they printed a shipping ticket but never shipped the package. It is still showing on tracking program as being at the shipping station, but i contacted them and they say the seller just opened up a file printed the label to ship but never dropped off the item.
