That said, I did notice that for the 2-hour delivery there’s an extra charge, while some other platforms like Ounass offer it for free regardless of order size. Maybe it could work better if the free 2-hour delivery kicked in once a purchase is above a certain value — similar to how your flash sale discount applies after AED 300. Speaking of which, I love the 20% flash sale, but it would be even better if it applied to all purchases instead of being restricted to orders above AED 300.

We do offer free next-day delivery on all orders over AED 249 (and your order qualified 🎉) and we keep 2-hour delivery as a premium option so we can always guarantee the speed and reliability. While Ounass does have a great service, their free 2-hour actually kicks in over AED 500 — so we’re not too far apart 😉

“They have fast delivery within 2 hours, however, they dont have good customer service as they take so long to reply on WhatsApp. Furthermore, when I placed a return order through websit, it didnt work, so I contacted the customer service and they picked it up fast, but until now they didn't confirm that they received it and there's no refund and no answer on WhatsApp when I am inquiring about it.”
