I wrote few emails to Beautywelt team to express this issue and was ingnored completely. Also, they did not provide an original certificate for this product, as I have requested. I am totally dissapointed in this company. No exsuses, refund or exchange was given, just ignorance Moreover, they delivered my order in 27 days( I ordered on 28.06.2024 and they delivered only on 25.07.2024). For this reason I claimed an issue later than 14 days policy they have and was ignored. Now I understand why the price for the Instytytum serum was lower than on other websites. Be careful!"”
“Mijn advies; laat je niet verleiden door de mooie prijzen en vele goede revieuws, want ze leveren niet! Op 11 nov. 2 parfums besteld die op voorraad waren. Was een sintcadeau. Nou niet optijd en pas na meerdere mails en merrmaals geprobeerd te bellen(kwam er niet tussen na half uur in de wacht) hun kant op bericht dat ze een leveringsprobleem hadden en niet zeker wisten wanneer het zou komen. Ik mocht mijn geld terug maar wilde de parfums. Meermaald gemaild dat parfums op voorraad zijn dat ik een deelverzendi g wens, zonder reactie. Op 03/01 maar weer gebeld. Ellelang in de wacht. Nee mevrouw we kunnen ze niet versturen er is een leveringsprobleen vanuit YSL.Beide parfums staan gewoon op voorraad. Ik werd uiteraard geïrriteerd, de dame vertelde me, dat ze me dan helemaal niet zou helpen zou mijn geld wel terugstorten en hing op! Schandalig!! 6 dagen verder geen parfums(die nog steeds op voorraad staan) en geen geld terug! Slechte bedrijfsvoering of oplichting??”
“Never Ever will use this website again. I made an order a week before Valentine and it wasn’t dispatched. When I contacted them by emails I don’t receive any replies contacted them on phone and they were very rude and unprofessional and put me on hold for over half an hour and then hang up. After few days I got an email saying that the item is not in stock white it’s still available on their website and will take time till they get back in stock. How can a retailer be that misleading? How can you sell something and put it as available when it is not in your stock. Please avoid this website at all cost.!!!!”
